🔥 Cut & Print (UV Flatbed + Laser)

1. Load Artwork: Upload a transparent PNG or solid background JPG.
2. Physical Size: Set the exact mm width you want to print. The TIFF and SVG will match this 1:1.
3. Tabs & Base: Check the box to generate a slotted base plate. Hover over the bottom of your artwork and click to lock tabs in place. Adjust bleed to sink tabs up into the artwork.
4. Undercut/Choke: Shrinks the laser cut path slightly so your UV print bleeds perfectly over the physical edge.
5. Exports: Download the .SVG for your laser software (RDWorks/LightBurn) and the .TIF for your UV RIP software.

🔲 Dither (Laser Engraving)

1. Load Image: Upload a detailed photo or gradient graphic.
2. Material Preset: Choose a preset to auto-set brightness, contrast, and dithering algorithms for specific materials.
3. Grain Width: Match this width directly to your laser's line interval/DPI settings.
4. Exports: Download a pixel-perfect .PNG or .BMP ready to be fired directly to the engraver.
